A Cary Eclipse Fluorescence spectrophotometer for fluorescence, phosphorescence or chemi/bio luminescence was purchased in 2007. The instrument includes both 4-position automatic cell holder with temperature sensor, stirrer and connected water bath as well as a microplate reader. Equipment also include the automated polarizer accessories.
