Softcomp is a Network of Excellence (NoE) with the aim to establish a knowledge base for an intellegent design of functional and nanoscale soft matter composites. Since December 2009 it has a durable structure organized as a Consortium, which is self-financed by the partners. It supports research visits between partner institutions, and organizes and supports a number of schools, lab courses, workshops and conferences.
